X-mas time is near

Growing up, my family always had a fake tree. Since this was my first year in my own house, without roomates and the like, we got to have a real tree. We also had some friends over and forced them to make ornaments for it, which they did happily. All it takes is a little felt, pipe cleaners, googly eyes and glue. People will go crazy. So do you have a record player or what? Because if not, you should get one. Yes, I know the digital revolution chugged it's way into our lives (just like the industrial revolution at the turn of the last century! That's why I made that train analogy. Isn't history amazing?!), but you can't cuddle with an ipod the way you can with a record. I insist that you seek out the above Santo & Johnny record. I'm listening to it right now and loving it.
